Car Dealerships


Running a dealership means juggling a lot of moving parts — sales floors, service bays, parts counters, and customer follow-up all happening at once. We built a fully integrated Odoo solution that brings all of it into one place.

DMS Integration

We built a direct integration with the client's Dealer Management System to automatically pull in vehicle data — VINs, manufacturing details, and other specs — so their sales and service teams always have accurate, up-to-date information without manual entry.

The result is a dealership operation where sales, service, inventory, and customer management all talk to each other — giving ownership real visibility and giving staff fewer systems to juggle. 

Vertically Integrated Cannabis


Cannabis operations are uniquely complex — a single product touches grow rooms, harvest floors, packaging lines, distribution centers, and retail counters before it reaches a customer. We built an end-to-end Odoo solution that manages the entire chain from seed to sale.

What's included:

  • Full cultivation workflow — growing, harvesting, and packaging operations
  • Multi-location inventory management across distribution centers and retail locations
  • Retail POS with hardware integration including receipt and label printers
  • Online customer portal, loyalty program, and e-commerce storefront

METRC Integration

Cannabis compliance isn't optional. We built a custom METRC integration that automatically reports all inventory movements and sales to state regulators — keeping the business compliant without adding manual work to your team's day.

Small Service Businesses


A small service business has a lot of the same operational complexity as a large one — you're managing inventory, scheduling techs, quoting jobs, tracking parts, and trying to keep customers happy all at the same time. The difference used to be that enterprise-grade tools to handle all of that were out of reach. That's changed.

Crumbl Cookie Franchisee


Running a Crumbl Cookie franchise looks simple from the outside. Behind the counter, you're managing recipes, ingredients, labor, inventory, facilities, and the expectations of a brand that demands consistency across every location. We built a custom Odoo solution that handles all of it — without making it harder than it needs to be for the people doing the work.

What we built:

  • A custom kitchen production tool built on Odoo's MRP and BOM engine, presented in a clean, simple UI so bakers can record production without navigating an ERP
  • A custom inventory planning module that goes beyond reorder rules — letting managers build weekly recipe plans that automatically calculate recommended purchases based on current ingredient stock
  • A custom Cycle Count module for accurate, ongoing ingredient and supply tracking
  • A recurring task system managing kitchen tidiness schedules, daily open and close checklists, and facilities requests — all tracked and accountable

Sophistication isn't always obvious

Making cookies is one thing. Delivering consistent product across multiple franchise locations, planning your ingredient purchases a week out, tracking cost per batch, and pulling up a live dashboard that shows you the health of your entire franchise portfolio — that's something else entirely.

The people at the counter don't need to know any of that is happening. They just need a screen that tells them what to make. The owner needs everything else, and we built both.

Franchise operators are often stuck choosing between systems that are too simple to scale and systems that are too complex to actually use. Odoo gives us the flexibility to build exactly what each role needs — without compromise on either end.

AI isn't a feature we bolt on at the end of a project — it's something we've been building into client workflows since early adoption, and something we use ourselves every day to deliver better work faster.

Slack Integrations


Your team already lives in Slack. The problem is that the data they need to do their jobs lives somewhere else — and switching between tools, logging into systems, and hunting down records adds up to a lot of lost time and dropped context. We fix that by bringing the ERP into the conversation.

What we've built:

  • Custom Slack modals that let users update Salesforce and Odoo records, log notes, and post chatter directly from Slack — without ever opening the CRM
  • Automated report and dashboard delivery on a schedule, so the right numbers land in the right channels without anyone having to pull them
  • Incoming lead, webchat, and service request routing — new activity surfaces in Slack instantly and can be assigned, responded to, or escalated right from the thread
  • Real-time record snippets that bring the relevant ERP context into the conversation the moment it's needed
