Supply chain is where we live. Across dozens of implementations, we've built and optimized Odoo environments for manufacturers who need their planning, production, and fulfillment operations to actually work together — not just coexist in the same system.
What's included:
- Manufacturing with multi-level Bills of Materials and production order management
- Multi-step routing — pick, pack, and ship workflows tailored to your operation
- Smart replenishment rules and reorder points that keep production moving
- Procurement workflows tied directly to demand and inventory levels
- Shipping and fulfillment configured to match your real-world logistics
Where we go deeper
Most ERP consultants configure what the software allows. We come from operations — which means we understand lead times, supplier variability, warehouse flow, and the real cost of a stockout. That background shapes every implementation we do, from how reorder rules are structured to how routing steps are sequenced on the floor.
Whether you're running a single facility or managing inventory across multiple locations, we build systems that give planners visibility, give procurement a reliable signal, and give leadership the data they need to make decisions.
Projects:
- Astra Space Operations
- Crumbl Cookie Franchisee
- Lumenture Lighting
- Custom Manufacturing Plugins & Demand Planning
- Libra Cannabis Co. / Cannabis and METRC integrations
Service businesses have a lot of the same operational complexity as manufacturing companies — you're managing inventory, scheduling techs, quoting jobs, tracking parts, and trying to keep customers happy all at the same time. The difference is your effort is focused on the field and procuring parts requirements just-in-time for service.
What's included:
- Field Service management with job scheduling, tech dispatch, and on-site workflows
- Inventory and parts management tied directly to service orders
- Sales and CRM keeping the customer relationship intact from first call to final invoice
- Replenishment and procurement so your team never shows up without what they need
- Accounting fully integrated — estimates, invoices, and payments all in one place
Built for the way service businesses actually work
Inventory and field service aren't separate problems. When a tech closes a repair order, inventory should update. When stock hits a threshold, a replenishment order should fire. When a customer calls, your team should have the full history in front of them. We build these connections intentionally, because that's where the real efficiency lives.
Enterprise tools, small business price
A solution like this would have required six-figure software licensing a decade ago — and a team of consultants to maintain it. Odoo changes that equation entirely. We bring the same depth of configuration and customization that large enterprises rely on, at a cost structure that actually makes sense for a growing service business.

Odoo OKR Solution
OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) drive businesses. Our custom tool allows executives to create, manage and assign OKRs to their team. The OKRs can be maintained and updated manually, plus we built custom compute functionalities to automatically update based on records stored in the platform.
Example: Your OKR is to optimize Supplier Spend. You'll set up your OKR and define your spend categories, like Requisitions and Purchase Orders, then set your target. The tool calculates where spend is vs. historic performance and updates your OKR automatically.
AI Tools & Integrations
Slack Integrations
AI isn't a feature we bolt on at the end of a project — it's something we've been building into client workflows since early adoption, and something we use ourselves every day to deliver better work faster.
How we integrate AI for clients
- Native Odoo v19 AI capabilities embedded directly into operational workflows — not just as a chatbot, but as a functional part of how work gets done
- Custom workflow integrations using Claude, Perplexity, and ChatGPT — built around specific business processes rather than generic use cases
- AI-assisted routing, planning, and decision support tools that reduce manual work and surface better information at the right moment
How we use AI ourselves
We use AI extensively in our own process — from scoping and documentation to development and testing. That means we move faster, catch more edge cases, and can tackle a broader scope within the same budget. The result for clients is more value delivered in less time, at a lower cost than traditional implementation approaches.
Why it matters
Most consultants are still figuring out where AI fits, or struggling with the "will AI take my job" question. We're already past that conversation. If you want an implementation partner who can help you think practically about where AI adds real value — and actually build it — that's a conversation we're ready to have.
Your team already lives in Slack. The problem is that the data they need to do their jobs lives somewhere else — and switching between tools, logging into systems, and hunting down records adds up to a lot of lost time and dropped context. We fix that by bringing the ERP into the conversation.
What we've built:
- Custom Slack modals that let users update Salesforce and Odoo records, log notes, and post chatter directly from Slack — without ever opening the CRM
- Automated report and dashboard delivery on a schedule, so the right numbers land in the right channels without anyone having to pull them
- Incoming lead, webchat, and service request routing — new activity surfaces in Slack instantly and can be assigned, responded to, or escalated right from the thread
- Real-time record snippets that bring the relevant ERP context into the conversation the moment it's needed
The ERP in the flow of work
The most powerful system in the world doesn't help if people aren't using it. When updates happen where your team already communicates, adoption goes up, data quality goes up, and the gap between "what's happening" and "what the system knows" closes dramatically.
We've built dozens of these integrations across Salesforce and Odoo environments — and the feedback is always the same: teams wonder how they worked without it.
What it unlocks
Less context switching. Faster response times on leads and service requests. Managers getting the reports they need without asking for them. And a CRM or ERP that finally feels like part of the team's daily rhythm instead of a system they log into reluctantly.
Sometimes the right tool doesn't exist yet. Sometimes it does, but the licensing cost to deploy it at your scale doesn't make sense. Sometimes you need a purpose-built experience that no off-the-shelf platform will ever give you. That's where we come in.
What we build on:
- AWS & GCP for scalable, production-grade cloud infrastructure
- Vercel & Supabase for fast, modern web application deployment
- Docker & Kubernetes for containerized services that scale cleanly and deploy reliably
What we've built:
- Custom BI and reporting dashboards that surface exactly the data your team needs — without the bloat or licensing overhead of enterprise analytics platforms
- Custom UI layers that sit on top of Salesforce or Odoo, reducing per-seat licensing costs while keeping your existing system as the source of truth
- Standalone web applications for workflows that don't fit neatly inside any platform
- Data pipelines and backend services that connect systems, automate movement, and keep everything in sync
- Custom bookstore metadata enhancement. Odoo based automation complete with server actions that integrates with Google Books and ISBNdb via GCP to pull in titles, descriptions and images automatically
When custom is the right call
We're platform people first — if Odoo or Salesforce can solve the problem well, we'll build there. But when the cost to build on-platform is too high, when licensing doesn't scale with your business, or when what you need simply doesn't exist anywhere, we build it from scratch. Properly. On infrastructure that's secure, maintainable, and built to grow.
There's no requirement we can't scope, no integration too complex, and no workflow we can't find a solution for. If you can describe the problem, we can build the answer.
